I was excited for this as the plastic cages I have had have been uncomfortable due to sharp edges on the breathable cut outs. It gets more and more and more uncomfortable to the point it can't be worn for long at all which is pointless. However after 10 minutes of use, there is a lot of discomfort from the ball hole. This fits lovely and at first the whole thing is ideal with lube. It's so tight!! If the hole was larger or stretched with more forgiveness then it would be ideal sadly, makes itself useless for me.
