Black leather gag with a solid "O" ring of leather to keep the mouth open. The straps are adjustable for sizing.
This genuine leather mouth gag features a Nappa leather-covered metal ring (37mm inner diameter, 52mm outer diameter). It adjusts in seven positions and fastens at the back with a metal buckle.
